Our Services

3D Design & Engineering

CAD design of enclosures, mounts, mounting frames and mechanical components. We work with Fusion 360 and FreeCAD.

Rapid Prototyping

Functional samples within days. Our own printer park enables fast iterations without external lead times.

Small Series Manufacturing

3D-printed enclosures in quantities up to several hundred. Ideal for special applications or as a bridge until injection molding.

Design for Series Production

We design so that your parts can later be manufactured by CNC milling or injection molding. No dead-end designs.

Adaptation of Standard Enclosures

For our DIN-rail products we use proven industrial enclosures and adapt them. Cost-effective and quickly available.

Our Printer Park

Printer Type Application
2× Prusa XL FDM, Large format Large parts, multimaterial, series production
1× Bambu Lab X1C FDM, Highspeed Fast prototypes, complex geometries
1× Prusa MK3S+ FDM, Standard Standard parts, proven quality
1× Prusa Mini FDM, Compact Small parts, continuous operation

Materials:
PLA, PETG, TPU (flexible), PET-CF (carbon fiber reinforced), special filaments on request.

Multimaterial Experience:
Combinations of rigid and flexible materials, soluble support structures, multicolor parts.

Project Example

PoE Power Injector Modules for DIN-Rail Mounting
For a security provider we developed and manufactured 150 PoE power injector modules for camera power supply. The enclosure design is based on adapted standard enclosures for DIN-rail mounting.
Services: Enclosure selection, adaptation design, electronics, manufacturing.

From Prototype to Series

Prototype (1–5 units)
Fast validation of form, fit and function. Changes within hours.

Pre-series (10–100 units)
Optimized print parameters, consistent quality, initial load tests.

Small Series (100–500 units)
Parallel production on multiple printers, documented processes, quality control.

Transition to Large Series
We deliver production-ready CAD data for CNC or injection molding and support the transition to external manufacturers.

FAQ

Simple enclosures we can print within 2-3 days. For more complex parts with multiple iterations, plan for a week. Since we operate our own printer park, we are not dependent on external lead times.

For outdoor applications we recommend PETG or ASA – both are more UV-resistant than PLA. For higher requirements we use PET-CF (carbon fiber reinforced). For extreme requirements we refer to partners for injection molding or CNC manufacturing with engineering plastics.

With the right print parameters and post-processing we achieve splash water protection (IP44-IP54). For higher protection classes (IP65+) we recommend injection molding or sealing concepts with O-rings. We advise on the best solution for your requirements.

Yes, upon project completion you receive all CAD data in common formats (STEP, STL, native Fusion 360 format). You can use the data for your own adaptations or pass it to other manufacturers.

Rule of thumb: From about 500-1,000 units injection molding becomes more economical – depending on part size and complexity. Tooling costs (€5,000-20,000) are amortized by then. We support the transition and deliver injection-molding-ready design data.

For metal parts we work with specialized partners (CNC milling, laser cutting, sheet metal processing). We handle design and coordination. Small metal parts can be integrated as inserts in 3D-printed enclosures.
